Privacy Policy

All client information provided to Kaye J Notary Services will be treated with privacy and confidentiality. All stored information will only be disclosed according to compliance with government-set Privacy regulations. We do not sell or trade any client’s personal information to third parties. 

Cancellation Policy

All fees are payable to Kaye J Notary Services. 

If we are in transit or arrive to the signing location and signing does not occur for any reason, there will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed.

You agree to hold Kaye J Notary Services, harmless. By proceeding with payment, you confirm you have read and expressly agreed to fees and terms of service.
